Can I change or cancel my order?


We understand plans can change. Orders are processed quickly to ensure you receive your products without delay, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. What if my order has already shipped?

Once an order is on its way, we are unable to cancel it. In these cases, our return and refund process is available to help.

We offer a 30-day returns window, starting from the day your order arrives. A small return shipping fee (typically $19–$39) will be deducted from your refund.

No registration is required. Your warranty is automatically recorded at the time of purchase.

How long is the warranty?

All Sweat & Solace products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Shipping & International Orders

Do you ship globally?

Yes, Sweat & Solace ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do I have to pay duties or import taxes?

For orders to the USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, we cover all duties and taxes. For other countries, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days in the USA & Canada, with tracking. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot control local customs or carrier delays.
