Return Window

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, resaleable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used:

  • Sauna Blanket Insert (cotton liner)
  • Red Light Face Mask
  • Red Light Neck Enhancer

Defective items are covered under our Warranty Policy, provided the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@sweatandsolace.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service. A return shipping fee will typically be deducted from your refund, as outlined in our FAQ (approximately $19–$39 depending on location).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

We're happy to arrange exchanges for unopened items within the 90-day window. Please contact us to initiate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
