Coverage
Sweat & Solace offers a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

- Red Light Face Mask
- Red Light Neck Enhancer
- Sauna Blanket Insert
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty electrical components such as heating elements, LEDs, and controllers
- Premature failure under normal, intended use
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture beyond recommended use, or harsh cleaning agents
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the defect
Our team will review your claim within 3 to 5 business days and guide you through the process promptly and thoughtfully.
Approved claims will be resolved via repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
