Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 10 to 21 business days, varies by location
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
For orders $99 and under, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
For orders $99+ and shipping promotions, when offered, will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly with the carrier.
International Orders
International customers outside the USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their destination country. For supported regions, duties and taxes are covered by us and included in your order total.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sweatandsolace.com within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement or refund to you as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sweat & Solace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order ships cannot be guaranteed.
